Hi All~ I am the Founder/CEO of BTC consulting, a firm dedicated to coaching, motivating and encouraging others to be the best they can be.

Through transparency and overcoming my own life experiences, I have become an Empowerment Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Real Estate Agent. My desire is to coach people in all areas of their lives helping them focus on looking within, loving oneself, and doing the work to “Be the Change” for a more rewarding and purposeful life.

I have expertise in coaching, leadership development, and career management strategies. My 20+ years career as a contractor supporting multiple federal government agencies, provided me with a strategic and intuitive approach to organizational management and business process improvement.

I am extremely passionate about empowering women and serving as a mentor to my client base of all ages. My supportiveness and compassion empowers women to strengthen and embrace their self-worth, develop their confidence, and develop techniques that will increase their ability to influence and motivate others to lead.

I serve as a volunteer with Empowerhouse, a nonprofit organization serving survivors of domestic violence. I am highly motivated in speaking and supporting women’s issues and serving the community. I have established a nonprofit organization called Empowered Life which will also serve women in need of transitioning to a safer and healthier environment.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Political Science from George Mason University and Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Human Resource Management from American Sentinel University.

I was born and raised in Virginia and have resided in Northern Virginia for over 25 years.
